The camping fields are open from Saturday June 24 this year. Thursday night is covered with your weekend Parafest ticket. If you want to arrive any earlier to use the site as a base to go paragliding or explore Wales during days out you need to pay the farmer just £10 per pitch per night. No need to leave until Monday July 3.

Please note: In the interest of neighbourly relations, NO powered flying is permitted from the Parafest site until Parafest begins on Friday June 30.

There is a fresh water supply, hot showers and caterers to keep you fed and watered.
A fully licensed bar is in the event field for alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks and refreshments.
Toilets are located around the site and there is a quiet camping area for the early to bed types and those with children.

We are UK paraglider pilots and we are well used to our plans being thwarted by the weather.
Don’t let it spoil your weekend, come anyway. What are you going to do if you stay at home.?
Parafest is primarily a festival of foot launched flying fun with traders and suppliers exhibiting and a massive social for the community.
Many pilots go to Coupe Icare and never bother flying, just enjoy the fun and atmosphere

Bring her with you; bring the kids, this is an event for everyone. We have entertainment in the field for the non flyers. Or you can use the camping ground as a base for the weekend to explore Wales. Come back in the evening for the music and drinks.

Yes you can bring your dog but remember this is Wales. There are a lot of sheep about. Please keep all animals and feral children under close control at all times

Of course. You can bring whatever you have to sleep in for the weekend. Sorry, no electrical hook ups.

Yes but please be respectful of your neighbours and don’t leave it running late into the night or fire it up early in the morning

Of course, but only if you travel in by road. We anticipate very busy airspace packed with paraglider pilots. They are very squishy and will make a mess of your aircraft!

Yes of course you can. You can bring anything you like for fun in the field.

You can get your tickets in our online shop,
We do have a capacity; this is the biggest gathering of the para pilot community in the UK.
If we sell out online before the event, anyone arriving without a ticket will be refused entry.
Ticket includes all weekend on site camping, flying permission/fees, admission to the showground with music, bar, attractions and entertainment etc.
